The size was very small and I didn’t get the size I ordered and paid for also I didn’t receive the free plant which I was supposed to receive as per your policy.

I didn't receive any of the plants in good condition.. n the sizes shown n snt wer so different.. clearly there pictures are deceptive.. highly disappointed with the service as well as the product

I am happy with the purchase. Wanted an Air plant for so long. Finally, I found a place to buy from. Thank you for this lovely Tillansia. It is a perfectly healthy, pretty looking plant. I hope it survives. Since I live nearby, it got delivered next day only and there wasn't much damage.
I thought I would receive a tiny plant but to my surprise, it's not that small and thank you Root Bridges for that.
The formula of plant direct feed is mind blowing but the part I don’t like was a sprayer, sprayer broken in just 1 day. Too much force to apply for sprayer and weaker plastic.
Healthy plant. Packed well. Although the potting mix had a lot of styrofoam balls. Should replace them with something more sustainable
