I have recently ordered 3 plants from your online platform. However 1 plant Cordyline Babydoll Plant was received in bad condition with yellowing of leaves. The plant hasn't been repotted and more leaves are yellowing out. Watering has been done as per recommended.

The plant was shipped in excellent condition.
Transportation stress did cause it to drop 1/3 of its leaves, but the plant is growing stronger by the day.
The content seems diluted variant of neem oil.
Just one word.
Waste of money
The plant started rotting on day one and was dead by week end.
The email support is non existent and the website support just keeps repeating itself.
No replacement for damaged plants.
I bought longifolia, crimson queen and crimson princess. All three are well grown and super healthy.

The size was very small and I didn’t get the size I ordered and paid for also I didn’t receive the free plant which I was supposed to receive as per your policy.

Plant was damaged . I tried emailing and also sent a message on WhatsApp for a replacement but no response
I didn't receive any of the plants in good condition.. n the sizes shown n snt wer so different.. clearly there pictures are deceptive.. highly disappointed with the service as well as the product

I am happy with the purchase. Wanted an Air plant for so long. Finally, I found a place to buy from. Thank you for this lovely Tillansia. It is a perfectly healthy, pretty looking plant. I hope it survives. Since I live nearby, it got delivered next day only and there wasn't much damage.
I thought I would receive a tiny plant but to my surprise, it's not that small and thank you Root Bridges for that.
