Beautiful plant, damaged a little

It's a beautiful plant. Came to me quite healthy, but it was heartbreaking to see some top leaves cut and damaged in transit. The packaging was squashed in and very flimsy. Request root bridges team to focus a little more on packaging quality. Air plants are expensive, so please send undamaged. You guys are doing a good job with your plant collection. Thank you
