We know that it takes a little leap of faith to buy plants online. That's why package all online plant orders with utmost care and effort to make sure you receive a healthy plant as soon as possible.
If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we'll cancel it straight away. However, once its dispatched, its yours to keep.
Orders cancelled after dispatch will get a full refund after deduction of 2% processing fee.
Please expect minor blemishes when leaf damage to your plants as plants get a shock when they are in a box for a few days. If your plant/planter arrives in a dead/damaged or near dead condition or in any discrepancy please send us your Order ID and a picture of the plant/planter with the packaging box to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receipt. We'll send you a replacement free of charge! Please note that if the plants have been repotted we cannot guarantee that your replacement request will be approved.
Please note that we do not refund shipping charges. All refunds will only be for the product charges.
Please note - We don't accept returns. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase we can only send you a replacement, after verification of the images of the damaged product images on the first contact.
