The Pom Pom Fern has a unique appearance because of it's deep rosette of large, shiny, spear like fronds rather than feather or palm like fronds. Resembling a cheerleader's pompom, this round habit evergreen fern provides a quaint soft look with its unique growth shape and its affinity for indoor growth. Great for use in a wet tropical garden as a feature plant or as a live indoor plant for decorating a small living space. In its natural habitat, it grows as an epiphyte (a plant that grows on trees) in the warm, moist, tropical rain forests. Despite its tropical beginnings, it adapts excellently low light houseplant.
